Did you know Lyme disease is endemic to Upstate New York? Tick-borne illness in the United States is growing rapidly with more than 300,000 people diagnosed per year and thousands more undiagnosed. Learn how to recognize the signs and protect your family and friends. We will discuss the symptoms of each stage of the disease as well as proper prevention measures. Fall means leaf piles, pumpkin patches, and hiking trails. Learn how to enjoy these activities safely from Global Lyme Alliance, the leading nonprofit in Lyme disease research and education.
