Join us online every other Friday from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM for guided meditation and learn about mindfulness and simple yoga stretches.

About the Presenter:
Eva Pajak considers herself to be a lifelong learner and teacher. She has been practicing mindfulness, meditation and yoga for years and sharing her passion with the community. In 2015, she earned her 200 hour yoga certification. This training helped her to realize the benefits of quieting the mind and in 2016 she began guiding students in meditation (within the framework of her Attitudinal Healing classes). She currently offers classes in ‘Meditation and Movement’ and yoga locally. Eva strives to live each day with awareness of mind, body and spirit.
